The Borussia Dortmund women’s football team will be using the fixture-free weekend for an educational trip to Poland: between Thursday and Sunday (10-13 March), the Borussia ladies will visit the two former camp complexes Auschwitz I and Auschwitz II Birkenau, take part in a tour of the town of Oświęcim and visit various country exhibitions on the former grounds of the main camp (Auschwitz I).
During the trip, the BVB women will also have a training session at the BVB Academy founded by former BVB player Lukasz Piszczek and play a friendly against LKS Goczałkowice-Zdrój.
